Poor communication, I never had contact with them. I am still waiting for the money to be credited to my account, not that it's going to be of much good. Because I will never use this company again.

Bad shipping and communication

Four things went wrong with my first PinkCherry purchase.

1. I needed a change to my order, but there has been no response yet, even though my order has already been delivered.

2. The shipping envelope used is a very generic and of poor quality. It was wide open at my house because the glue simply did not hold.

3. The envelope the staff chose was unusually small. It was hardly big enough to hold my item without forcing it to stay closed. There goes common sense.

4. There was no secondary privacy wrapping in case of package failure, such as what happened with mine.

I order discreet items regularly. This experience is not normal and nowhere near what I'd expect from a well-established company.

Defective product

This isn't the first problem I've had with Pink Cherry. I will not recommend nor be using them again.

The first problem I had with them was that my item was shipped to the wrong address.

Now that I've gone through them again, I have defective products that don't work. I almost spent $100.

Order late arriving

Order something along time ago she had to arrive. First time customer and would rather a refund than waiting for this product. The wait time has been ridiculous!

Ripped off for 200.00 plus return shipping. DO NOT buy anything from this company!

!WAYtSOrdered 2 products, both defective. No way to contact them: invalid emails and no response, contrary to their return "policies." Aug 24.

I believe they buy up quality assurance rejects then sell them to consumers.

Unrealistic shipping time frames

I ordered from Pink Cherry at the end of July. They said it would be roughly a week before I received the item.

It is now going on 3 weeks and the delivery date continues to be pushed back. I am 2 provinces over from where it is being shipped.

I have previously received items from the USA faster because they do not use intercom. Choosing the cheapest shipping company is not always the best!

I ordered a special thing for myself and INTELCOM *** company) delivered it in the middle of the afternoon

I was at work, when I got home there was no sign of the package. I checked my emails and saw they had delivered it at 2pm today.

But why would you leave a precious parcel on the doorstep of a house in the downtown of a city!?! Of course it got stolen. Horrible service.

I want to get Pink Cherry to re-send me my order. That's it.

Cancel Policy

I ordered my product today and tried to cancel it TODAY!! called the 800 number no response only email and when I had cancel it before it ships out which it didnt they still told me I couldnt.

I have to wait until the 20th then return it the way it comes . Then I get the refund which is crazy because it still waiting to packaged and shipped!

Found same product on Amazon and cheaper better quality and will be delivered next day! Im so disappointed in them because everything I own comes from this website but yet they treat me as such so you guys lost a great customer
