Charge was legit.
My father's credit card number has been stolen again. Red Cherry $58.28 charge for future delivery of Neon Vibes The Triple Teaser Vibe without his apartment number! My mother has been dead for 29 years, and he is not interested in such things at all!

Defective toy
Lucy went above and beyond. Gave me a refund with no hassle at all and didn't even make me send back the defective item.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Be patient and communicate over email. Worked for me! Wouldn't recommend any other company for your adult novelty needs.
Def not love honey.
They charge way too much for garbage lingerie and toys and take forever to ship. Pink Cherry all the way.

I paid for an item with a 50% discount and when I purchased it, the transaction had completed the the they charged me a 2nd time as if I had ordered 2 or the discount didn't apply afterwards (which doesn't make any sense) in which I did not. I feel like I will have to report this to my bank and authorities because it was an unauthorized transaction made without my knowledge. If at all possible I would like the extra money back that was taken without consent and to solve this as fast as possible

I just placed order #101400****486 using Apple Pay, and I mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address. I need this order canceled or updated to the correct address immediately before it ships.

I called immediately after ordering when I realized the wrong address was on it, and they told me that they took care of it. But today I see it still says the wrong address, and it's supposed to be delivered today.

I placed my order when I hit confirm. Part of my order didn't show up.
There should have been four items without trying to fit; there were only two.
I don't know what happened to the other two. It all should have come to like $19 and some change, and then the shipping fee, but I only had two of them, which is more than what I'm paying for.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Zero customer service.
Why? Because only contact is via email and guess what? The entire email system is run by AI. Yep, all AI generated responses.
Guess what? AI is not going to fix your problem like wanting you to pay return shipping fees for a brand new defective product.
Never again will I purchase there. Stay away!!!
